Sherman Associates breaks ground on $80 million Moment Apartments Tower in Minneapolis

Navigating within historic preservation requirements, Superior prepped and painted exposed trusses, completed exterior painting, and refreshed the existing historical sign and canopy. Wall cover was also added to the walls and ceiling at various locations in addition to miscellaneous work on the Rooftop Club Room.
