Roseville County Library

This extensive remodel of a three-level Library in Roseville was Phase 2 of the Ramsey County Library expansion project for which Superior Painting & Decorating participated under direction of General Contractor McGough Construction.This project was awarded “Gold” level certification and is Ramsey County’s first LEED certified building.

With the selection of LEED certified finishes by architectural firm Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle, Ltd., and utilizing boom lifts, Superior Painting & Decorating applied Exterior Metallic coatings at the rooftop to the existing exterior panels to color match the new panels. Interior finishes involved exposed ceilings through-out most of the Library, some ornate railing systems, and multiple-color finish selections applied.
